LAKES, Ill. (Nov. 14, 2017) Recruits march down a street at Recruit Training Command (RTC) while wearing the Navy Working Uniform (NWU) Type III uniforms. The new camouflage uniforms started being issued to incoming recruits at RTC in October. Approximately 30,000-40,000 recruits graduate RTC annually.
