Japan (March 30, 2019) – Members of the Japan Maritime Self Defense Force play taiko drums during a performance at the 26th annual Spring Festival, March 30 onboard Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of the 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
