MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Sept. 3, 2013) Gunner’s Mate 3rd Class Ashlee Tutwiler installs the firing pin into a .50 caliber machine gun aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mahan (DDG 72). USS Mahan, homeported in Norfolk, Va., is on a scheduled deployment supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
