Commander, Pacific Fleet, Adm. Robert Willard takes a moment to thank Bob Albin, a Battleship Missouri Memorial volunteer. Albin, a former USS Baltimore (CA 68) Sailor volunteers three days a week aboard the historic Navy vessel in Pearl Harbor. Willard walked around Missouri to greet and to express his gratitude to the staff and visitors following a ceremony for newly promoted Petty Officer Michael Giorgione, the Pacific Fleet civil engineer.
