The long white building with large arch-shaped windows is the Padiglione Panini - Ex Cavallerizza ( Panini Pavilion – Former Horsewoman) on Piazzale Giuseppe Verdi in Lucca in the Tuscany region of Italy The building was originally used as a horse-riding school for the nearby Ducal Palace and was designed by the architect Francesco Vandelli in the late 18th century. Today, the building has been converted into a multipurpose exhibition space, with a particular focus on contemporary art exhibitions. The Padiglione Panini also hosts a range of other exhibitions throughout the year, including photography, sculpture, painting, and video installations.
