Much less satisfactoryis another fugue in C minor(XII., 95) usually included among Bachs works,though it is now generally ascribed to his sonEmanuel. Griepenkerl does not question itsauthenticity, his only doubt being whether it wascomposed for clavichord or organ. Widor andSchweitzer omit the fugue from their edition.
