Viking king Rorik

Rorik, also spelled Hrorek and Rurik, lived from 810-820 to 880. A Jutish Viking king, he with his brother Harald conquered Friesland. Rorik ruled over most of Friesland from 850 to 880. Rorik was succeeded by Harald's son Godfried.
