A German hunting trousse, 17th century Broad and robust single-edged blade, the obverse struck with a smith mark. Both sides of the root chiselled with flowers and an ancient portrait bust. Stag horn grips with five rivets. Leather covered wood scabbard embossed on the obverse, iron chape and (later) locket pierced with a geometrical pattern.
