NEW YORK (March 16, 2016) Yeoman 1st Class Tara Virgin, from Orlando, Fla., and assigned to Navy Recruiting District New York, receives a ceremonial flag flown at One World Trade Center from Lt. Erin Hayden during her re-enlistment ceremony on Liberty Island. Virgin has been a Sailor for 13 years and re-enlisted for six more years of naval service during the ceremony.
