JACKSONVILLE, Fla., (November 4, 2016) A member of the public takes a selfie with Bill the Goat, the mascot for the Naval Academy Midshipmen, at the Jacksonville Landing in downtown Jacksonville. Both were at the pep rally to help kick off Navy vs. Notre Dame Game weekend. Navy went on to beat Notre Dame, 28-27.
