Innovative thinkers from across the Department of Defense and academia joined I&L and the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory/Futures Directorate for the Force Development 25 Innovation Symposium. For two days, symposium participants addressed challenges of future warfare and creating a learning organization that is more open to innovation.
