In celebration of the inaugural visit of the Australian expedition vessel Orion, Utupua islanders turned out in traditional costume to regale passengers with an exciting mix of dance performances. Remote and rarely visited Utupua (population: 848) is part of the Santa Cruz group of the Solomon Islands.
