The windows of ABC Carpet & Home in New York displays anti-fracking artwork by the activist/artist Yoko Ono

The windows of ABC Carpet & Home in New York displays anti-fracking artwork by the activist/artist Yoko Ono on Wednesday, April 17, 2013. Ono's installation, entitled "Imagine No Fracking" is meant to encourage NYS Gov. Andrew Cuomo to ban the controversial procedure in upstate New York. Hydraulic fracturing of the watershed caused by drilling for natural gas has been linked to leaks, spills and contamination when it has been employed in other states and environmentalists fear for the integrity and purity of the city's drinking water.
