A very large yielder, exten- sively grown in Wisconsin. Grain plump and heavy, heads very large, straw stout. Peck 25c, bushel 80c, 2| bushel $1 85. EM. The American Beauty. This excellent and popular variety is characterized by great vigor of growth, earliness and re- markable cropping qualities. The grain is large, long and tapering: straw erect and stout. Peck 30c, bushel $1 00, 2%. bushel $2 25. Badger Queen. Very early, a rank grower, stools freely, straw stiff, heads long and spreading. Peck 25c, bushel 80c, 2£ bushel [pi 85. Probsteier. A handsome white oat, possess- ing many excellent features. A wonder- ful stooler. Peck 25c, bushel 85c, 2\ bushel $2 00. Mammoth Yellow French. Extremely hardy, makes a strong stool and grows with a vigor and rapidity not equalled by any other sort. Peck 30c, bushel $1 00, 2l/2 bushels $2 25. Black Norwegian. Grown here from original stock. A very prolific sort of vigorous growth. Peck 30c, bushel 90c, 2i bushel $2 00. BARLEY, Manshury. Early, plump and a heavy yielder. Peck 35c, bushel $1 25, 2\ bushel bag $2 60. BUCKWHEAT. Silver Hull. A greatly improved variety- It is in bloom longer, matures its crop sooner, and yields twice as much as any ordinary sort, the grain is rounder, of a beautiful light gray color, the flour is white and more nutrious.
