DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (Nov. 2, 2017) Equipment Operator Constructionman Dorian Macal, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, uses a cutting torch to cut through structure beams in order to dispose of the material from the existing Pre-Engineered Building project.
