New Dwarf Nasturtium "Liliput. 99 An entirely new class of Dwarf Nasturtium, It is a dwarf, compact form of the well-known Tropseolum Lobbianum, and may be called a Miniature Nasturtium, being smaller in every respect than the Tom Thumb type. It forms small dense bushes, acd the dainty little flowers appear in the greatest profusion, almost hiding the foliage. The colors presented are various and showy, many being new and beautiful shades, hitherto unknown in Nasturtiums. For bedding, edgings or borders this new Nasturtium may be used with great effect, while as a pot plant or for filling vases, hanging baskets, etc., it will be found invaluable. Per pkt., 10c.; oz., 30c. Dwarf Sweet Pea. PINK CUPID, or Dwarf Blanche Ferry. This is not a sport from the original White Cupid, but an actual departure from the tall Blanche Ferry. In habit and manner of growth it is strictly a Cupid, growing from six to eight inches high, and shooting up stems about six inches long, which bear from three to four handsome blossoms, all borne close to the end of the stem. Th(; flowers are of full size and good substance. The standard is bright rose-pink and the wings are pure white or light pink. The seed, which is black, is of strong germination, and the plant an early bloomer, vigorous and hardy. Like the White Cupid, it is desirable both for pot culture and planting in the open ground and valuable also as a plant for edgings.
