Eoyston & Fenton report a heavy de- mand for coleus and Easter greeting pelargoniums. Karl Zeidler is cutting good roses and carnations. He has a large batch of geraniums in 4-inch pots, also plants of all kinds for the spring trade. Mrs. J. C. Elspermann has been hav- ing a big demand for funeral work and for flowers and plants for the sick room. E. L. F. Great Falls, Mont.—The Electric City Conservatory made a special advertis- ing effort for St. Valentine's day and reports by far the biggest business for that holiday in the firm's history. In fact, it was so much better that no com- parison could be made. Bulbous stock and spring fl9wers were plentiful and there was a strong demand. Heart- shaped boxes, baskets, dolls and cor- sages found ready sale. Chas. A. Bur- rell thinks the successful advertising matter of the S. A.
