Two Teenage Boys on Board a Sailing-fishing Vessel Which Was Later Towed to Coast Guard Base Miami Beach. Miami, Fla. A Coast Guard aircraft while on Red Patrol yesterday located a 35-foot refugee boat with two persons on board. On board the sailing-fishing vessel were two teenage boys. A Coast Guard 40-foot patrol boat was vectored to the scene and towed the vessel to Coast Guard Base Miami Beach where they were turned over to the proper authorities.
