Tito Windham, a football player from John Curtis Christian High School, is presented a Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl certificate by Staff Sgt. Melvin Jackson, a Marine Corps recruiter, for his participation, May 6. Participants in the SFAAB are selected for being the top rated high school football players in the nation.
