Art wall made from train track rails at Tanner Springs Park, Portland, Oregon USA

Built in 2005, Tanner Springs Park is located in the Pearl District of downtown Portland, Oregon USA. Once a vast wetland area, the Pearl District is now home to new development of condominiums and businesses. In order to preserve some of the wetland area, a one square city block of the area was preserved and turned into a public park.
