Rachael Hayden, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5, demonstrates how to secure a pelvic injury with a uniform blouse for Royal Cambodian Navy sailors during first responder training for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia, 2016. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises between the Navy, Marine Corps, and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
