WELLINGTON, New Zealand (Nov. 20, 2016) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus holds an all-hands call with Sailors assigned to Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Sampson (DDG 102). Mabus is visiting Sampson to thank them for their humanitarian assistance/disaster relief efforts in response to the earthquake in New Zealand and present them with a certificate of achievement for their energy and water efficiency during fiscal year 2015.
