Donna Baines has redesigned all the school meals for Nottinghamshire. She's transformed the meals using locally sourced and organic ingredients with an emphasis on vegetables . Meals cost 70p each to produce and are sold out at £ The kids now eat real food instead of turkey twizzlers. Obesity levels are down and teachers notice an increase in the childrens' concentration after the meals.
