After Mr. Youngs death the Parker & YoungManufacturing Company was formed with Mr. Parker as its treasurer and generalmanager. He had represented both Lyman and Lisbon in the legislature and wasone of the first directors of the Lisbon bank. Of unflagging energy, determinedand resolute, the town of Lisbon owes to him more than to any other one man hergrowth and present prosperity. He is survived by a wife, two daughters and a son.
