A fine cased pair of percussion pistols, Franz Ulrich in Stuttgart, circa 1840. Blued, octagonal barrels, slightly constricted in the middle, and bores with microgroove rifling in mm calibre. The signature, "F. Ulrich in Stuttgart" is finely inlaid in gold on the tops of the barrels with scrollwork on each side. Colour case-hardened snails with gold-filled marks. Adjustable rear sights.
