, Herne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany - Halde colliery Pluto. The colliery Pluto was a coal mine in Herne in the district Wanne-Eickel. Coal extraction was discontinued here on 31 March 1976. The dump Pluto was made from mountain material and reforested in large areas. In September 2014, a new five meter high Aussichstkanzel was opened, from which the visitors have a panoramic view of the region. View of the observation deck with a panoramic view. Cyclists enjoy the view.
