United States Space Force Gen. John W. “Jay” Raymond, Chief of Space Operations, presents United States Air Force 2nd Lt. Shelby Casper, 460th Healthcare Operations Squadron, with a coin, to commemorate her dedication and perseverance to the mission at Buckley Space Force Base, Colo., Oct. 12, 2022. Raymond selected and coined nine individuals from the installation for their vital roles in safeguarding the health of more than 148,400 joint total force, coalition personnel, retirees, dependents, and their families.
