Once again proving he's one of the fastest runners on Fort Bliss, Texas, Spc. Japeth Ng'Ojoy came in first place at the Morale, Welfare and Recreation's annual half marathon and 5k road race, Jan 10. An Army medical laboratory technician and native of Kenya, Ng'Ojoy turned in a time of 1:11:23 and had an average pace of 5:27 per mile over the 13-mile stretch. ( Army Photo by Sgt.
