YOKOSUKA, Japan – British Royal Navy Chief Petty Officer John Mackenzie takes a selfie with the Navy’s forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) from the flight deck of the Royal Navy Amphibious Assault Ship HMS Albion (L 14) as it returns to Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
