The: disease is evidently on the increase, as it has been in these districts since 1908 vh en it becarre notably serious on the York Imperial in spots* "In adaitlon to the increase in the amount of infection, the unusual weather conditions of last spring, the excessive number of ra my and cloudy days occu rrine last sprin-, are undoubtedly an imnortant factor in this outbreak.
