Piazza Vittorio Veneto square dating back to 1663 and covering an area of 31,000 m², is the largest porticoed square in Europe. The square ends with the historic bridge Vittorio Emanuele I, which passes over the river Po and connects the square with the district of Borgo Po, where there is the church of Gran Madre di Dio.
