When it came time for the stock brokerage firm he heads to sign a lease with Village Landing, Plymouth, Mass., recently, "Hap" arranged for the act to take place in one of Plymouth's prime tourist attractions, Mayflower II. The lease was signed with appropriate quill pens in the stateroom identical to the one in which the Pilgrims signed the Mayflower Compact. Gage-Wiley, which has been serving Massachusetts growers, among others, for 45 years, became the first office space tenant for Village Landing, which is scheduled for completion in late September.
