The sub-genus Conulus is a subdivision of the old genus Helix, and is a group of modern snailH, soiiuitinies included in the genus Zunites. I nuiy add that in the collections made in 18GG there arc fragments which may indicate the existence of at least one other land snail, but not suiricient for description.
