Aviaser Vidot-Rodriguez, a senior biometrics trainer and developer, demonstrates the operation of a Biometrics Automated Toolset - Army Handheld (BAT-AHH) device to Army Reserve Soldiers with the 459th Transportation Company, during Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX), at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Aug. 12, 2021. The BAT-AHH is used to collect fingerprints, iris scans and facial recognition. These training exercises, executed by the 78th Training Division, prepare Soldiers through scenarios that simulate deployed conflict against a near-peer adversary.
