Swiss artivist Dan Acher aerial installation "We are watching" is unveiled above Dynamic Earth and Scottish parliament building in Edinburgh. The flag is the size of a 10 story building, the flag is made up of thousands of portraits contributed from 190 countries. Children from Juniper green primary school attend the raising.
