Bomb Damage in Birmingham, England, C 1940 The wall of a large factory building has folded inwards following an air raid to this area of Birmingham. The building is an empty, roofless shell, but although the glass is missing, all the window frames appear to be intact, despite the semi-collapse of the building. On the ground floor, there appears to be little damage, as the windows have been protected by sand bag walls.
