New lifeboat "jim Hewitt" outside SARA (Severn Area Rescue Authority) headquarters at Beachley in Gloucestershire, prior to launch service and naming ceremony. The lifeboat cost more than £220, and was funded as part of the scheme to use fines on banks for Libor scandal for good causes. The lifeboat is manned by volunteers.
