AST CHINA SEA (Mar. 5, 2018) An F-35B Lightning II with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 121 touches down on the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) as a second F-35B makes its approach, marking the first time the aircraft has deployed aboard a Navy ship and with a Marine Expeditionary Unit in the Indo-Asian-Pacific region.
