A few of thosewhich have never appeared in print I am happy in havingit in my power to supply. Having instituted a carefulinquiry with regard to the time and place of his birth, Isucceeded several years ago in obtaining from the townclerk of Litchfield in the state of Connecticut a certifiedcopy of records in the town clerks office in that town,from which I derive the following facts, viz.
