City of Chester, England. Picturesque view of the Grade II listed Nine Houses on Chester’s Park Street. The houses are believed to date from the mid-17th century, and only six of the former nine almshouse’s now survive. The mock medieval\Tudor style black and white building on the right of the Nine Houses (six surviving houses), is a late 18th century Thomas Edwards and W H Kelly designed building.
