The nicely fringed double flowers are about 2 inches across, and, owing to its intense, dazzling color, is sure to become a great favorite. 2 pkts., 25 cts. . 15 lANTHUS OR PINKS A magnificent genus, uuibrating some ol the most popular flowers in cultivation, producing a great variety of brilliant colors and profusion of bloom. The varieties classed as annuals are really bienni- als, but are treated as annuals and may be sown out of doors when danger from fiost is past, and in a few weeks' time they are a mass of bloom, continuing so until alter hard fiost. As a rule, they survive the winter if given slight protection, flowering abundantly the following season. They grow about a foot high and can be used in beds o» borders of solid or mixed colors. The double- flowering sorts are almost as fne as Carnations for cutting. They are not particular as to soil, but should have a sunny location. DOUBLE AISNl AL PINKS. PER 1 KT. 2250 Chinensis Fl.
