Sgt. Thomas Morris (left) of the Pennsylvania Military Funeral Honors Program and William Leuters (right) of 1067th Transportation Company fold the American flag that draped over the casket during funeral services for Army Sgt. Matthew Francis Kelly, 70, of Philadelphia Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Upper Makefield, Pennsylvania.
