Of the 124 case-,,eighty-two were of the male sex, thirty-four of the female sex,and in eighteen this distinctive item was not stated. Of the maleseries (82), fifty-eight (70 per cent.) contained abnormal matters ofsome kind, and twenty-four were entirely empty.
