A beautiful spotted owlet. Bangalore, India: THIS HILARIOUS owlet could not help showing how TWOOLY surprised it was at spotting a shock squirrel intruder exploring its tree trunk home. One image shows an Indian palm squirrel greeting his owl neighbour in its tree burrow. The little owlet looks stunned at the unexpected visitor. The spotted owlet is a small, stocky bird, measuring only inches tall and weighing only 100 grams. These images were captured by photographer and data analyst Deepak Ranjan Dash (31) in Bangalore, India, using a Nikon Z6 camera. ?For me, they are not only owls, they are my friends,? said Deepak. ?As a conservationist, I need to keep an eye on them to make sure that they are running healthy and happy. ?From what I have observed, there are seven owls out there, but they live in different places in the area. ?I love the story the image mediadrumimages/DeepakRanjanDash
