GREAT LAKES, Ill. (Nov. 18, 2016) A recruit from Division 904 participates in her final uniform inspection from Fleet Quality Assurance Inspector Petty Officer 1st Class Moses Brathwaite in her new dress blue jumper top traditionally known as the “Crackerjack,” on Nov. 18, at Recruit Training Command. The recruits were the first females to receive the dress blue jumpers as part of the Navy initiative to have uniformity among Sailors.
