As regards curative properties,they are all worthless, except one, the largest size of Gehrungs anteversionpessary. In construction many are faulty and dangerous, unless very care-fully watched. Of these latter, the old time-honored Zwanck, with wide-spread wings, is the best example; it is not yet obsolete, unfortunately. Ihave seen one case of vesico-vaginal fistula produced by the pressure ofone of these wings.
