The changed entrance to the old noma restaurant in Copenhagen. Lava rocks on green mounds with flowers for the bees from the beehives.
Location of noma until February 2017, later reopened at other location. The changed entrance to restaurant noma in Copenhagen. Lava rocks on green mounds with flowers for the bees from the beehives. The fencing by the small hills or mounds is to provide some sort of privacy to the guests as people and people with cameras are very curious. The plants on the hills, such as rush, waybent, harebells and other Nordic plants, provide nectar for the noma bees from the hives in the background. The honey is used for noma's food and is not for sale.
