Otto Reich contributed the first sum of money to found aRoman Catholic Church at Wyoming, Hamilton County, Ohio,and obtained a ruling from the House of Representatives to allowthe colored children to share the Public Schools in that State. He married Susannah Garwood Taylor, the daughter ofWm. P. and Lydia Austin Taylor at Columbus, Ohio
