Prince Maurits, together with a group of friends, makes a journey over the beach of Scheveningen to hats in the sailing car built by Simon Stevin, April-May 1602. Left a small sailing trolley, probably a prototype, with a few people on-board. On the beach various elegant spectators and some fishermen. Separately printed under the show a caption of 3 verses of 4 lines in German, within a decorated framework.
