Acting Secretary of the Navy Thomas W. Harker stops at Dry Dock 4 during his visit to Norfolk Naval Shipyard March 17. Dry Dock 4 is undergoing a $200 million renovation spanning nearly three years as part of the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) modernizing the nation’s public shipyards. Secretary Harker toured NNSY as part of a visit to the Mid-Atlantic region.
